Description
Black Balsam is our signature Colombian light roast. We seek out the most sweetness forward, in season Colombian coffee and roast it as fully, evenly, and lightly as possible in equal regards. The result is a full, clean cup, distinctly Colombian, that works as an excellent “daily driver” brewed cup, or as an easily extracted fruit focused espresso.
