TERMS OF TRADE
Orders
All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as selected by The User on the online order form.
By completing the online order form you agree to pay for the selected product and by the method indicated on your order form.
By completing the online order form you agree and accept that you are the person responsible for the credit card and for all charges made on our site by your card.
Any company, sole trader, partnership or person with existing Terms of Trade with Allpress Espresso NZ Ltd who chooses to use the online ordering facility agrees that all orders made under the account login for that company, sole trader, partnership or person are bound by the existing Terms of Trade and payment methods.
Any debt occurring as a result of your online transaction will be pursued accordingly with the company, sole trader, partnership or person registered as The User of login.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Any published prices may change at the discretion of Allpress Espresso without notice.
Delivery
Coffee and merchandise can be ordered any week day before 3pm for courier delivery the following weekday for North Island customers and within 48 hours (weekday) for South Island customers. Rural delivery will take an extra 2–3 days.
All delivery time frames indicated are based on our expectation from our courier supplier. If you do not receive your order within these time frames, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Allpress Espresso of non delivery and we will follow up with the courier company.
We endeavour to meet these delivery times however will not be held responsible or obliged to replace product for any delays or non delivery due to incorrect information supplied by The User or circumstances arising from the courier company deliveries.
Security
All registered users of this website are responsible for safeguarding their own password. Any orders or information received under your registered login are your responsibility. If you suspect your security has been compromised please notify Allpress Espresso immediately.
Our online credit card payment is in real time in a secure environment using a 256 bit (double industry standard) SSL validation and encryption technology to ensure security of information passing over the internet. However as no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure, any information The User transmits is at your own risk

REFUND POLICY
Coffee is a fresh perishable product therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as selected on the on-line order form. If an error has been made with despatch of your order we need to be notified immediately and will rectify by sending the correct coffee or merchandise item. Errors resulting from incorrect information entered or supplied by the user is the user’s responsibility but handled at the discretion of Allpress Espresso if and when we are notified.
