Description
Black Balsam is our signature Colombian light roast. We seek out the most sweetness forward, in-season Colombian coffee and roast it as fully, evenly, and lightly as possible in equal regards. The result is a full, clean cup, distinctly Colombian, that works as an excellent “daily driver” brewed cup, or as an easily extracted fruit-focused espresso.
